Seeking an International Sales Manager who will report to the CEO and shall be responsible for establishing new business and growing sales in large geographical regions. This position will be responsible for finding and developing local dealers, hiring and training regional salespeople, and providing customer service to the newly developed sales regions. Additionally, the International Sales Manager shall develop and maintain an approachable, supportive rapport with all SCAFCO associates. Listed responsibilities are not limited to and may change where management deems necessary. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess market conditions and opportunities in the worldwide marketplace for SCAFCO products.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans for the purpose of growing sales in specific regions of the world.
  • Hire, manage and train salespeople for regional sales efforts with the guidance and support of the SCAFCO Grain Systems management team.
  • Develop new accounts and expand the customer base in support of local dealers/salespeople.
  • Travel extensively to support dealers, end customers, trade shows and other business efforts.
  • Collect market and competitor information, present to the management team and take action with the direction of the CEO.
  • Create presentations to market products to various decision-making audiences.
  • Direct marketing activities for export regions and measures effectiveness of those activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of successfully growing agricultural sales in export markets.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Have to relocate to headquarters in Spokane, WA.
